Random items spawning underground
• Build Version: v0.0.3-alpha.23466
• Description: under certain circumstances items will spawn below the ground at the player location, always a single item and most likely from a factory setup, e.g. a smelter, miner, fabricator etc.
• Reproduction Steps: unknown, might be linked to production and capacity issues. E.g. setting up a simple factory and letting it hit inventory capacity, while it still works and outputs into storage (e.g.stone miner - cement - brick - storage).
• Reproduction Rate: >10/unknown
• Expected Behavior: such items should not spawn.

Rayne MergedBuild: 0.0.3 Alpha 23376
Description: While out for a walk in the game world (going on a Sugarcane collection spree), I discovered that sometimes when I pressed "E", expecting to interact with something in front of me, I actually picked up a production material. Though this first occurred in my base when I picked up a Glass Panel while nowhere near that production line, it became really apparent when I somehow pulled a Copper Ingot while in the swamp >200m away from my base and the copper machinery. It was at this point that I realized I could see item icons below the ground - Wire and Cement, from two of my production lines, and not adjacent to each other normally. Further, while exploring down the beach for a different reason (I'll get to that in a different post) and now nearly 400m from my bed, I could see icons for Cement and Brick, toggling, as though standing next to the merged Stone production line back at my base.
