Swamp foliage batch shifted index order in new patch? pulling wrong tex from global array? Other biomes spawning Reeds ok.

Double-checked and rolled back to the previous version (v0.1.0-alpha.20685), noted same visual bug present. Not introduced by new patch, but suspected root cause is the same.
