Building no snap bug

While holding the ctrl button (pc) to initiate no snap you can build and place anywhere. Most machines have a area you can not build, but for the most part you can place buildings and machines anywhere as long as your pointer is on the ground and not a wall or object. You can also use this to stack windmills on top of one another as well.
