Production Mixer Animation

The Production Mixer Animation showing the blending of two rods at the top of the machine move even when the machine is turned off, or if it is turned on, but not connected to any inputs or outputs with zero inventory contents.

Seems like all of the machines do this behaviour that have an animation.
