Smelter visually disappeared

Set up a smelter, connected an electric pole to it, removed the smelter, and then it disappeared.
The path is: Copper Ore Miner < few splitters to bring the rails towards the beach iron ore/crystal/and stone deposit area < Conveyor Storage < Splitter < Smelter < Fabricator < Merger < (conveyor storage, had 1 but removed it to move stuff around).

Electricity setup for the smelter was Wind Turbine (first one) + Solar Panel into 1 electric pole and then output into the smelter.
