Lighting glitch on palm trees in winter.

In winter, some of the palm trees have a lighting glitch and they "flicker"

Can you provide any additional media (clip or vice versa) to underline that issue (dirction you have been looking at etc. is also very important)

It's all directions. It happens to trees a bit away from you.. maybe 50 to 100 feet away. As you get closer it fixes, but new trees in that distance start to flicker. Its also more than just palm trees. It's basically most of them. I don't know how to add pics at this point since I cannot edit my original report.
