  I had a similar situation, except I could walk through the closed yellow/white doors on a building in the abandoned area. I am now stuck inside the building.
  
  Ah, I just equipped the axe and tried walking through the door again, and it let me.

  Unfortunately not able to record video of it because game uses 95% of my 3080TI, but if you swing the Axe or Pick while walking into a building and then start sprinting at the end of the swing then it allows your character to clip through walls, etc. This is most easily reproduced at the satellite building that you apparently are not supposed to get into at all, especially the upper floor, which turns out doesn't have a floor when you clip through.

  While holding any tool, walking against something, pressing sprint quickly and then releasing sprint, allows you to walk through player built walls and objects. I haven't tested the map objects yet, will update after I test.

  Yes, this works with anything even rocks as long as it is tall enough for the character to not get forced upwards.
