Animation speed issue
The speed of my character animation slows down randomly. The frame rate stays smooth, as I can move the camera around smoothly, but the actual animation acts as if my character is in slo mo. It will sometimes go back to normal and sometimes suddenly speed up to "catch up."

1. Which animations are affected by that issue? All of them or specific ones like harvesting, or collecting ores etc.
2. What Graphics Card + CPU do you have in your Device?
3. Could you provide a video showing your issue as well.
Thanks in advance -

Justin1. It was all. Upon more testing, I noticed animation of objects around me also slow.
2. RTX 4070
3. I will work on this.
I did set the graphics to med and it seemed to make no difference, but when I set everything to low, it improved greatly, so it does seem to be performance.
Update: When trying to capture footage, I turned the graphics all the way back up and noticed frames dropped when I turned on v-sync. That seems to be the culprit. I will leave v-sync off. I did try and turn on v-sync to capture it happening, but even when v-sync on, it started running fine. If I can get video of it happening, I will update. For now, it seems to not happen when v-sync is off, and only happen sometimes, when it is on.
Update 2: I am using SteelSeries GG to record my desktop. When I turned capture on, the issue goes away. I can have V-sync on in the game and if capture is turned on in SteelSeries GG, the issue does not occur. If capture is off and v-sync is on, issue occurs. -

BrianHad an issue like this where my my frames were the same but movement was very slow other animation such as mining/hitting were normal. I turned off Vsync and seems to fix the issue. (AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT)
