Can’t open construction mode or use the hotbar suddenly

I suddenly can’t open the construction mode nor the object in my inventory, I was playing and just went to grab stone and then it stopped working. When I use C it show the menu for one frame before disappearing
Needs Verification!

For me it happened, when I was eating much stuff. After that I cannot use the toolbar. But the Q menu was functional. A reload fixed it for the moment -

Opa AdminA reload should fix that issue, will be reviewed. Can you use the "Q" Menu and any other menu still?
