Inconsistent Fog Generation

While raining, it will get foggy and then suddenly not be foggy in the same consistency.

I just had instant fog, it was very jarring. It was like I was thrust into a different dimension out of nowhere, can't see right in front of me, whereas a second ago it was completely clear. I did not have rain at the time, so I think the issue might be fog itself having too quick of a generation. -

kyarai have the same thing inside of my house the entire time, then its foggy then its not. it will be foggy inside my house and completely clear outside.
