Can't move or swing pickaxe

I was breaking crates and my pickaxe hit an unbreakable one behind me and suddenly I could no longer swing my pickaxe and no longer move. I can spin in place, access inventory and menu. Going into and out of deconstruct mode seemed to fix it.
