Bugging Quitting Settings Menu out | Escape -> Controls -> Escape

• Build Version: 0.1.0-alpha.19269
• Description: Explored the in-game menus, got to the "Controls" menu then hit "ESC" on the keyboard to back out. But now I cant access the any of the "Quit Game" buttons. Returning to the menu, its still stuck on the "Controls" page.
• Reproduction Steps: While in game, hit "ESC" then click "Controls" then hit "ESC" again to back out.
• Reproduction Rate: 5/5
• Expected Behavior: Expected the "Controls" page to be deselected and reopen to the normal page
