Switching from water gun to axe causes punching | weapon switching, animation, controls

• Build Version: v0.1.0-alpha.19313
• Description: While holding the water gun and spraying, switching to the axe using the hotkey causes the character to start punching with the axe instead of using it properly. The axe appears to be equipped, but it does not work correctly. Switching away and back does not fix the issue.
• Reproduction Steps:
1. Hold the water gun and spray water
2. Switch to the axe using the hotkey
3. Attempt to use the axe
• Reproduction Rate: not tested specifically
• Expected Behavior: Switching to the axe should allow normal axe usage without triggering punching.
