Ragdoll stuck on construction materials

I seemed to have gotten stuck on a wall when I ragdolled and flopped over it, there is no current way to unstuck yourself or even cancel out of the ragdoll mode. if I could move while ragdolled I might be able to unstuck myself. Force closing the game seemed to fix this but reload me back to my last save point.
