Placing Tall Reed Creates Distorted Array of Red

When placing the Tall Reed out of the shop, it doesn't place as a reed. It places as a distortion of Red. Image attached. That red part is constantly moving like I assume the reed would in the wind. You can delete it if you find the reeds actual placement. Can recreate by placing a reed. (May want to try all the flowers in the shop, they are all doing it for me.)
