tengo el inventario lleno y no me deja tirar o eliminar artículos para hacer hueco
Translation: My inventory is full, and it won't let me throw away or delete items to make room.

This problem relates to my suggestion that you can´t delete items before unlocking the sell button with unlocking the manufacturing station. Marked as high Prio since a lot of people encountered that case.
