Flower visuals bad

• Build Version: 19629
• Description: Every flower I placed showed a weird red stream of lines across the screen.
• Reproduction Steps:
1. Pull up by menu (F)
2. Go to flower section and try to place a flower
3. See the red Blur
• Reproduction Rate: 5/5
• Expected Behavior: Flowers don't have this and look pretty!

Meridwen MergedThe flowers stretch disproportionately, it seems to only be one specific plant so far, the other plants of the same type around it are not doing the same.
It's not game breaking but still noteworthy.
